Ridgeside

Color and confidence

Historic charm, reimagined with color and character.

Perched on a ridge in one of Chattanooga’s most storied neighborhoods, this 1930s home had great bones—and an equally vibrant soul waiting to be uncovered. The young family who lived here brought an incredible contemporary art collection, a love of bold color, and a clear creative vision to the table.

In collaboration with the homeowner and Mountain City Construction, we set out to honor the home’s historic architecture while infusing it with pattern, personality, and unexpected moments of joy. From layered wallpapers to custom cabinetry,, every decision was grounded in a desire to strike the right balance between old and new.

The result is a home that feels deeply personal—where art isn’t just hung, it’s curated to tell a story, and every room reflects the homeowner’s eye for color, proportion, and detail. It’s a space with energy and intention, reimagined for the next chapter of its life.
